A lire l’excellent article du Le Parisien – Intervention de Philippe BOISSAT  CEO de 3i3Signature LLC . « C’est impossible à court ou moyen terme car il n’y a pas de bouton magique pour qu’une constellation fonctionne », prévient Philippe Boissat, expert de l’industrie spatiale et fondateur de 3i3 Signature. « Les satellites de OneWeb sont, comme ceux de Starlink, productibles en série en quelques mois mais cela impliquerait au moins 4 milliards d’euros pour mettre à niveau et accélérer la production industrielle, estime-t-il. Nous aurions toujours le problème majeur des lanceurs pour les mettre en orbite. »

Engineer and Airplane pilot (CNAM Conservatoire National des Arts et métiers)  in telecommunications, Officer Lieutenant French Air Force , he spent several years working for the Aerospace, with an intense and successful experience in the field of space, aerospace, defense for telecommunications activities, in integration systems, software & consulting companies, in an international environment with a strong multicultural presence. he worked in Canada (Nortel), Germany (T- Systems), Luxembourg and Spain (SES – Astra), Europe & USA (Deloitte) and France  (IBM – Eutelsat). Since 2005 President & Founder of 3i3s (www.3i3s.com) A non-profit institute 1,500 companies in Europe. 3 objectives: networking, education and humanitarian actions. Prior to joining iBASEt Philippe was Senior Vice President, Aerospace and Defense – Global Leader at AKKA Technologies. He served as the Senior Advisor, Aerospace and Defense – Europe and United States of America at Deloitte.
